Two weeks ago, I signed up for a FREE session with a branding specialist. I found her website while reading a Huffington Post article. In just one conversation, she completely changed my entire life. In just 30 minutes I went from feeling stuck to being unstoppable (and of course I ended up hiring her to become my new official coach!!).She had awakened something powerful that always was inside of me. Of course things will scare you, but each time you take a STEP into your purpose and dream life, you become stronger, bolder, and more confident. Here’s how become more fearless and become unstoppable:

  1. Become hungry for your success
    Start going after your dream life, your purpose, and vision as if your life depended on it…meaning act as if you have a 2 month old to feed and barely have enough money to buy pampers (like 1 left)  and milk. If you were in that situation what would you do?!?  Work your ass off—you would do whatever you had to do (legally!) to ensure that you could provide for that child that you birthed, and to ensure that child had a good life. You would wake up every morning on a mission!!That is the type of hungry I’ve been referring to. Obviously imagine replacing that baby with one of your own hopes, dreams or goals (ie. finding mr. right, starting a business, believing in yourself more, becoming more outgoing, loving your body more, losing weight, being more balanced, finding a new job, pursuing your purpose, making more money,  moving to a new place, etc)
  2. Discover your “WHY?”
    When it comes to your purpose, write down your “Why”. What legacy do you want to leave on this Earth? Write it out. Then post it where you can see it every day.  Read it every morning before you leave the house to remind yourself of why you are here and read it when you have a bad day or feel your faith wavering.
  3. Write out your goals EVERY DAY

Yes every day. If not every day, then do it on a week by week basis, but you need a goal writing system in place in order for you to achieve the goals and dreams you have for your life. If it’s not written down, it does not exist. Go buy a notebook, and write “GOAL GETTER” on the cover. Write down your top 5 goals you want to accomplish by December 31, 2015. Then for the next few months write down daily and weekly goals that correspond with those top 5. Create a new ritual like “Make a List Monday” or “Self-Care Sunday” to write your list every week.

The Facts:  The research is conclusive. Dr. Gail Matthews, a psychology professor at Dominican University in California, did a study on goal-setting with 267 participants. She found that you are 42 percent more likely to achieve your goals just by writing them down.Source: Michael Hyatt

BONUS: Make Sacrifices
You will have to sacrifice both time, energy, and money to make your dreams a reality. This even means let people go who are in the way or decreasing the amount of energy you are given to others so you can focus on yourself. This also means saving a portion of your income to go towards your dreams or personal/professional development.

Being fearless, bold, and confident is a mindset. It is a lifestyle. The empowered woman uses strategies and systems in her life that propel her to success.

If you want to stop procrastinating, stop doubting yourself, stop doing the same things over and over again that don’t work, stop letting failure hold you back , stop letting what other people think control what you do, then you need to be so hungry for your dream life that you do whatever it takes to bring it to reality.

Anything less means you are SETTLING for less than you deserve. You are worthy of living your dream life. You just have to wake up, smell the coffee, and go feed that HUNGER!
